Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At CompanyKholo, we strive to deliver quality services and complete client satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Commences

  • You may cancel your order at any time before we begin processing your application.
  • A full refund (100% of the service fee) will be issued if no work has started.
  • "Work commenced" means we have begun document verification, form preparation, or filing with any government authority.

After Work Commences

  • If work has started but no government filing has been made, a partial refund of 50% of the service fee will be issued.
  • Once a government application has been filed (e.g., SPICe+ filed with MCA, GST application submitted), no refund of the service fee is possible as the work is substantially complete.
  • Government fees are non-refundable in all cases once paid to the respective authority.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email us at hello@companykholo.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is initiated.

5. Service-Specific Terms

Company Registration

Once the company name is approved by MCA and SPICe+ form is filed, the service is considered substantially complete. No refund is available at this stage.

Trademark Registration

Once the trademark application is filed with the Trademark Registry, the government fee and filing charges are non-refundable. The monitoring service fee may be partially refunded if cancelled within 30 days of filing.

GST Registration

Once the GST application is submitted on the GST portal, no refund is available. If the application is rejected due to our error, we will re-file at no additional cost.

Recurring Services (Bookkeeping, Compliance)

Monthly/annual subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No refund for the current billing period. Unused months in an annual plan are refundable on a pro-rata basis.

6. Our Guarantee

  • If we fail to deliver the promised service due to our negligence, you are entitled to a full refund or free re-processing.
  • We guarantee transparent pricing — the amount shown at checkout is the final amount. No hidden charges.
  • A dedicated service manager is assigned to every order to ensure smooth delivery.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government system outages, policy changes, natural disasters, pandemics, or internet disruptions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to complete the service as soon as practicable.
